The IRS to replace Form 4506-T/T-EZ, now extended 60 days.

On February 23, 2021, the IRS announced a 60-day extension to their new IRS form 4506-C which will replace the current IRS form 4506-T. The new IRS form 4506-C is available and can submitted to the IRS. The IRS will also continue to accept the current 4506-T dated (September 2019 & March 2019) through April 30, 2021.
Effective May 1, 2021, the IRS will only accept IRS Form 4506-C when requesting tax data, rejecting all 4506T/ 4506T-EZ forms submitted for processing after April 30, 2021.
